    Email marketing: Please specify here the email marketing platform you use (list management, sending, and unsubscribes). If you do not send marketing communications to clients, this line should be deleted
    Consultants/service providers (legal/technological) under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
    We will never sell your information to third parties.
  6. Transfer of information abroad
    Certain processing/storage may occur outside Israel (including by Meta and/or infrastructure providers). In such transfers, we will act in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Outside the State), 5761-2001, whether to countries providing an adequate level of protection or pursuant to appropriate contractual undertakings with the data recipient (Standard Clauses adapted to Israeli law).
  7. How long we retain the information
    Form inquiries: up to 36 months from completion of handling (or longer if required by law/legal defense).
    Analytics/measurement data: generally up to 12 months.
    Mailing lists: until an unsubscribe request/withdrawal of consent.
    We will perform periodic deletions/anonymization in accordance with an internal retention policy.
  8. Your rights under the Law
    Under the Law, you mainly have:
    The right to review personal information about you held in the database.
    The right to request correction of information that is incorrect/inaccurate/outdated.

We will respond within the timeframes set by law; if we cannot comply – we will provide a reasoned notice in accordance with the Law. Requests for deletion are not a general statutory right; however, we will consider deletion where there is no obligation to retain.

    Marketing messages are sent in accordance with applicable law (including Section 30A of the Communications Law). Each message will include an unsubscribe mechanism, or you may contact us and request manual removal. Mailing management is carried out via Rav Messer.

    We implement reasonable security measures in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. In the event of a serious security incident, we will act to identify, address, document, and provide notifications as required by law and the Authority’s guidelines.

    The website is not intended for independent use by minors. If we become aware that information about a minor was provided to us without the consent of a parent/guardian – please notify us and we will act accordingly.

    We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or in the service. The update date will appear at the top of the page. Continued use of the website constitutes consent to the updated policy.
